  • Late-Night Transfers: A surcharge applies for transfers between 23:00 to 06:00 hrs.

  • Room Availability: Confirmation is subject to hotel room availability at the time of booking.
  • Airport SIC Transfer: Guests must look for a placard with their name upon arrival. If not visible, they should call the contact number provided in the voucher. Transfers will proceed once all passengers sharing the transfer have assembled.
  • Tour & Transfer Pickups: Guests must be ready at the hotel lobby as per the scheduled pickup time. A waiting period of 15 to 30 minutes may be required, as the representative will pick up guests from multiple hotels.
  • Missed Transfers/Tours: If a guest misses their scheduled pickup, they must arrange their own transportation to the hotel or tour location. No refunds will be provided, as all tours and transfers operate on a Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis.
  • We are not holding any rooms and the same will be subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirm request.

  • The details of your assigned driver will be shared only 24 hours before the tour begins.
  • If you choose to travel outside the planned itinerary, Haim Travel will not be responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred by the driver.
  • Private transfers are point to point.
  • Sharing transfers the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time
  • All above rates are net per person and in Sri Lankan Rupees.
  • The confirmation of the twin beds / king bed / queen bed / triple bed will be provided based on the availability.
  • Any special requests like smoking rooms, nonsmoking rooms, rooms on higher floors, interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, large bed / View of the rooms will always be subject to availability upon check in.
  • Seating arrangements for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
  • The pickup/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold responsibility.
  • The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed.
  • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
  • We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
  • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
  • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
  • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
  • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
  • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
  • No refund for partly utilized services.
  • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
  • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

  • Force Majeure: Haim Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond its control.
  • Passport and Visa Requirements: It is the traveler responsibility to ensure that they possess valid travel s including passports and visas. Haim Travel will not be liable for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect ation.
  • Tour Itinerary Adjustments: Haim Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, route, or accommodation based on unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
  • Behavior Policy: Any guest found misbehaving, consuming alcohol excessively, or acting in a way that disrupts the tour group will be warned once and may be asked to leave the tour at their own expense without any refund.
  • Health and Fitness: Travelers are expected to be in reasonably good health to undertake the tour. Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Payment must be processed in the currency specified in the booking confirmation.
     
  • 75% cancellation charges if cancelled within 40 working days before the tour.
  • 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 21 working days before the tour.
  • There is no refund after starting or middle of the tour.
  • Please be aware that this policy includes holidays observed in both countries. 
  • No show 100% will be charged of tour cost. 
  • Hotels' specific cancellation policies will be applied during the high peak season. In these cases, the hotels will not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after the issuance of the Hotel Voucher.
  • Some tickets mentioned at the time of booking, which are non-refundable are at 100% cancellation charges and are also informed in the note at the time of confirmation.
