As you arrive at Srinagar Airport, our representative will greet you warmly and escort you to your hotel. After check-in, begin your journey through Kashmir’s timeless charm with a visit to the enchanting Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashma Shahi – and the serene Pari Mahal or Shankaracharya Temple. Excursion to Gulmarg

Renowned for its golf course, one of the highest in the world, and its ski slopes, Gulmarg offers an unforgettable experience. If the weather is clear, catch a glimpse of the mighty Nanga Parbat. Day 03
Excursion to Sonamarg

This morning after breakfast, proceed to Sonamarg, the “Meadow of Gold.” The scenic drive of about 97 kilometers takes you through enchanting valleys and towering mountains. Sonamarg is the gateway to the majestic Thajiwas Glacier, which you may visit on a pony ride (optional). Surrounded by snow-clad peaks and alpine flowers, it is a perfect place for nature lovers. In the evening, drive back to Srinagar and enjoy a peaceful night at your hotel.

Srinagar to Pahalgam

After breakfast, check out from Srinagar and head towards the stunning town of Pahalgam. On the way, visit the saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient ruins of Awantipura Temple, dating back over 1100 years. The drive also offers captivating views of the Lidder River and the surrounding mountains. Known as the “Valley of Shepherds,” Pahalgam is famed for its meadows and film-shooting locations. Pahalgam to Srinagar Houseboat

After breakfast, explore the scenic surroundings of Pahalgam. You may opt for short excursions to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (by local union taxi at own expense), each offering mesmerizing landscapes. Later, drive back to Srinagar and check in to your traditional Kashmiri houseboat. In the evening, enjoy a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake, soaking in the tranquility of floating gardens and the majestic views of the Himalayas. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

  • Payment Policy: All tour packages must be paid in full prior to the departure date unless otherwise specified in writing by Haim Travel.
  • Amendment Charges: Any changes or amendments requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional charges subject to the suppliers policies.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and will incur applicable charges depending on the time of cancellation and type of service booked. Non-refundable services will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical, personal, and trip cancellation-related risks. Haim Travel will not be responsible for any claims arising due to lack of insurance.
  • Force Majeure: Haim Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond its control.
  • Passport and Visa Requirements: It is the traveler responsibility to ensure that they possess valid travel s including passports and visas. Haim Travel will not be liable for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect ation.
  • Tour Itinerary Adjustments: Haim Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, route, or accommodation based on unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
  • Behavior Policy: Any guest found misbehaving, consuming alcohol excessively, or acting in a way that disrupts the tour group will be warned once and may be asked to leave the tour at their own expense without any refund.
  • Health and Fitness: Travelers are expected to be in reasonably good health to undertake the tour. Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Meals and Special Dietary Requests: Included meals are based on fixed menus. Special dietary requests must be communicated at the time of booking but are not guaranteed.
  • Hotel Check-in/Check-out Times: Standard check-in time is from 14:00 hrs and check-out by 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • Complaints and Feedback: Any issues must be reported to Haim Travel immediately during the tour. Complaints received after the tour will be considered for review but may not be entertained for compensation.
  • Tipping and Gratuities: Tips for drivers, guides, and other service providers are not included unless stated and are at the discretion of the traveler.
  • Photographs and Marketing: Haim Travel may use photographs taken during tours for promotional purposes unless a guest specifically requests otherwise in writing before the start of the tour.
  • Group Tour Conduct: In case of group tours, clients are requested to respect the group timings. Delays caused by individual members may lead to the group proceeding without the late participants.
  • Vehicle Usage Limitations: Vehicles provided are not at disposal and will operate only as per the confirmed itinerary. Any additional usage will incur extra charges.
  • Driver Working Hours: Drivers are available for a limited number of hours per day as per labor laws. Overuse may not be permitted.
  • Responsibility for Damages: Any damage caused by guests to hotel property, vehicles, or other service providers will be charged directly to the client.
  • Service Disruptions: In case of strikes, road closures, or any political unrest, Haim Travel reserves the right to alter or cancel services without notice and accepts no liability for the same.
  • Language Barriers: While every effort is made to provide English-speaking staff, regional guides or drivers may have limited language proficiency.
  • Delayed Arrivals or Departures: Haim Travel will not be responsible for any missed flights, trains, or transfers due to delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, airline schedules, or technical issues.
  • Unforeseen Closures: Entry to attractions, parks, or monuments may be closed without prior notice due to maintenance, safety, or governmental decisions. No refund or compensation will be provided for missed attractions under such circumstances.
  • Photographic Identification: Travelers may be required to present a valid ID at the time of hotel check-in, during airport transfers, or while entering attractions. Failure to do so may result in denied service with no refunds.
  • Minimum Participation Requirements: Group tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. If this number is not met, the tour may be rescheduled or converted into a private tour with additional cost.
  • We are not holding any rooms and the same will be subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirm request.
  • Hotel Star Ratings: Hotel classifications are based on local standards and may differ from international norms. Haim Travel is not responsible for any discrepancies in expectations.
  • Room Occupancy Policies: Maximum occupancy per room, including adults and children, is determined by the hotel and must be strictly followed. Any extra guests may incur additional charges or be denied accommodation.
  • Children's Policy: Child rates apply only when sharing a room with two paying adults, unless otherwise specified. Child age is generally considered between 3 and 12 years unless differently defined by suppliers.
  • Airport Transfers Policy: Complimentary airport transfers, if included, are valid only within designated timings. Off-schedule transfers may require a surcharge.
  • Luggage Policy: Each traveler is allowed one standard piece of luggage and one carry-on bag. Additional or oversized luggage may be refused or require extra charges.
  • Tour Leader Authority: The tour leader or guide has full authority during the tour and their decisions must be respected. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the tour.
  • Non-Inclusive Services: Any items not explicitly mentioned under "Inclusions" in the itinerary are considered excluded. Examples include room service, telephone calls, laundry, mini-bar, and personal shopping.
  • Currency Exchange & ATM Access: Haim Travel does not guarantee access to currency exchange facilities or ATMs during travel. Travelers are advised to carry sufficient local currency.
  • Responsibility Disclaimer: While we ensure reliable third-party services, Haim Travel acts only as an agent and is not liable for acts or omissions of any independent suppliers including hotels, transport operators, and tour guides.
  • Service Denial Rights: Haim Travel reserves the right to deny service to any guest behaving inappropriately, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or posing a threat to other passengers or staff.
  • Travel Document Accuracy: Travelers must verify all information on tickets, itineraries, and travel s. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately failure to do so may result in additional charges or service denial.
  • Customs & Immigration: Haim Travel is not responsible for any issues faced at immigration/customs checkpoints. Delays or denial of entry are entirely at the discretion of border authorities.
  • Check-in Delays Due to Group Size: In the case of large groups, hotel check-in may take longer than expected. Your cooperation is appreciated during this process.
  • Optional Activities: Optional tours or activities suggested during the itinerary are not part of the main package and are subject to availability and separate charges.
  • Grievance Handling Timeframe: All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the completion of the tour. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
  • Liability Limitations: Haim Travel&rsquos liability in all cases shall be limited to the value of the services paid for by the traveler and no claims above this amount will be entertained.
  • All payments must be made within the time frame specified in the invoice or confirmation email. Delays in payment may result in forfeiture of the booking.
  • A confirmation email or invoice will be issued once full payment is received. Please retain this as proof of booking.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change prior to full payment being received. Once full payment is made, the quoted price is locked in and no further changes will apply.
  • In the event of payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute, the booking will be considered void until the matter is resolved and any outstanding balance is cleared.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees incurred during the payment process.
  • Group bookings or custom itineraries may be subject to different payment terms and deadlines, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Payment deadlines and terms may vary depending on the destination, seasonal demand, and third-party service provider requirements.
  • Bookings made within a short time frame before the tour departure (e.g., less than 14 days) may require immediate payment and are strictly non-refundable.
  • For installment payment plans (if available), the final installment must be completed before a set deadline. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Invoices and receipts will be sent via email only printed copies will not be issued unless specifically requested.
  • 75% cancellation charges if cancelled within 40 working days before the tour.
  • 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 21 working days before the tour.
  • There is no refund after starting or middle of the tour.
  • Please be aware that this policy includes holidays observed in both countries. 
  • No show 100% will be charged of tour cost. 
  • Hotels' specific cancellation policies will be applied during the high peak season. In these cases, the hotels will not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after the issuance of the Hotel Voucher.
  • Some tickets mentioned at the time of booking, which are non-refundable are at 100% cancellation charges and are also informed in the note at the time of confirmation.
